How long would you like to volunteer at Aida Youth Center?  Please include your arrival and departure dates, if possible. Also, once you know the details of your itinerary, please let us know the airport where you will land, the airline, flight number and arrival time.

Please write a short essay answering the following questions:

• Why do you want to volunteer at AYC, and what has created this interest for you?
• What do you hope to learn and/or accomplish during your time volunteering with AYC?
• What kinds of past experiences, gifts, interests and abilities will you be able to contribute to the activities program at AYC?
• Please describe a recent occasion where you have shown flexibility and cooperation in working with others.
• Describe any special needs that you may have, whether dietary, physical or other.
